Dušan Kasalica was born in Montenegro where he studied film directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts and now, he works there as an associate, and lecturer. His short films have been shown and awarded at numerous festivals around the world. Since 2016 he co-runs Meander Film. He is a producer of the feature film You Have the Night by Ivan Salatić (2018, Venice Film Festival – Critics’ Week). He participated in the programs Sarajevo Talent Campus, Berlinale Talents, and Locarno Filmmakers Academy. He is a member of the European Film Academy. Currently, he is working on his first feature fiction film The Elegy of Laurel (in post-production).

Jelena Angelovski is a film producer in Meander Film. Some of her feature fictions: The Elegy of Laurel by Dušan Kasalica (2021, Sarajevo Film Festival), (Oscar candidate from Montenegro), Ivan Salatić’s You Have The Night (2018, Venice International Film Festival) and Wondrous Is The Silence Of My Master (2025, International Film Festival Rotterdam), Tamara Drakulić’s Wind (2016, Torino Film Festival), as well as short fiction Morocco by Staša Bajac (forthcoming). Angelovski has produced documentary films by Marko Grba Singh, Rampart (2021, Locarno International Film Festival), Ivan Salatić, We Are The Sons Of Your Rocks (2018, Doclisboa), Jelena Maksimović, Homelands (2020, FIDMarseille), Maksimović and Dušan Grubin, Taurunum Boy (2018, Dokufest), as well as Tamara Drakulić, In Praise Of Love (2020, Sarajevo Film Festival) and Stefan Malešević, Soil and Wings (forthcoming). She has co-produced the feature fiction films Suddenly by Melisa Onel (2022, Tokyo International Film Festival) and The Peasants by directors DK Welchman and Hugh Welchman (2023, Toronto International Film Festival). She produced the short animated film ID, directed by Ana Pakljanac. Angelovski is an alumni of the EAVE European Producers Workshop 2020.
